For any Warranty Service Request, simply fill out our form through our warranty online portal, and our team will take care of the rest to ensure that your requests are quickly and efficiently addressed. Only registered Dave Hobba Builder homeowners can use our program.

If you make a request in person, over the phone, or through social media,

we cannot guarantee that the request will be processed in a timely manner.

If you closed on your home AFTER January 1, 2023, we offer a 10-year warranty from our partners at Quality Builders Warranty, which is backed by Liberty Mutual Insurance.

As a Dave Hobba Builder homeowner, you receive a 10-year structural warranty backed by Quality Builders Warranty group, as well as a 1-year workmanship warranty on various areas of construction & select finishes in your home.
